I think the only way you're going to be able to test to see if these are it is to try it yourself. Maybe if you swap the file names you can get them to play to confirm what they are?
After running a quick test I can say that the starting Anniversary cutscene is this one:

This is the one with Spartan Locke. The other two are the Arbiter/Chief introduction and post-credits Gravemind cliffhanger.
Considering that the idea of bringing Halo to PC is to let new players enjoy the game, I don't know why the cutscene hasn't been officially removed yet.
