[Help] MCC not installing on Steam

So, I bought the MCC during the Steam Summer Sale a few weeks ago but didn't decide to start playing it until now. I tried installing it but every time I try to, it says that a disk write error occurred. I've tried all sorts of solutions that I've read online, such as restarting Steam and my PC, verifying the local files, turning off read-only in my Steam folder, etc. and nothing is working.

Does anybody have any suggestions for what I should do?

Do you have enough file storage available on your install drive?

Yes, I have 1.33 TB of free storage

Same here. It 'installed' all the 40 Gigabytes of content on the first time, but then i realised it has text and voiceover on my native language as well (our voice actors are great in my country) so i changed the language settings... which i hadn´t done that. The 'downloads' restardted all over, a frigging mess, with content missing and after downloading one of the games in steam it said it was OK to play, but in reality it was 'missing content'. Another MESSY job from microsoft, those morons can´t do anything right.
