1 Map for Custom Game Browser?

Are other maps not allowed as a base? Every server I join has the same one, just edited with all the same assets. Can you not do a custom game on lockout or something?

Basically, Forge World has the most open space to work with and build your own arenas and stuff; if memory serves, it also had the most budget for all that. It was (is?) a prime canvas for using the Forge, as its name implies.

It's because Forge World has the most assets. 343i also added lots of objects to Tempest but that's not as well known or well used.

There's absolutely no restrictions, it's just more popular to use Forge World.

I almost don't even believe you, how can people pick the exact same map out of the 30 rooms I've joined? No one is tired of that aesthetic?

There's only one aesthetic for the building blocks. Anything else requires using a massive amount of random crates and stuff to build everything, which is rather difficult to do without it looking like a mess; or by only making slight modifications to one of the existing maps, which limits what you can actually build.
