Can't connect to Xbox Live HELP

So I've been having this issue for a few days now but, for some reason I can't seem to connect to Xbox Live. Well I say that, but I actually don't know for sure. What I do know is that the game won't load any of my challenges or the unlock screen. Just says "Offline".

I'm able to sign in to my account, and I've signed in and out of it. Along with that I've checked network stuff to insure I am actually trying to connect to Xbox Live, not a LAN network. Still no luck though.

Been having this problem since the crossplay patch and nobody seems to have an answer and 343 wouldn't reply to my ticket after their initial copy pasted reply (and I monitored it for 3 weeks to no avail). I too cannot create a new account without it NOT working with their servers, and sometimes I can't even sign in with my normal account without clearing the cache for the whole game. I've tried changing IP's, Updating everything from Windows to my Drivers, Uninstall then reinstalling the game, and I even made a new steam and bought Halo Reach and it STILL did not work. I've found no fix at all, oh I forgot I also changed my DNS to see if that helped and that also failed. I've considered it to be an Outlook problem but it isn't because just like you I sign into the account and once logged in I cannot go "Online" on MCC servers. I hate 343 with a passion, they have slowly destroyed this series beyond repair since MCC released on console (which if you recall was a huge mess and broken for months).

Yeah no replies dude I'm sorry but I'm used to it as well. I've made multiple posts and tickets on Waypoint with no replies or people just saying "Well I don't have the issue" lmao. 343 doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥ about its players, they deserve nothing.
