why is Halo 2 anniversary more demanding than Halo 4?
Halo 2 anniversary uses about 4gb of vram just at 1080p, Halo 4 dont even use nowhere near that at 4k

Halo 2 Anniversary MULTIPLAYER runs on the Halo 4 engine, source on the Campaign engine?
Im pretty sure Halo was made with Unreal engine software
No, the Unreal engine was made for the main menu UI and render 3d character models, that's it.

Most of the Halo games runs on original Bungie's Halo engine (BLAM). Halo CEA and Halo 2A graphics runs on Saber3d engine on top of it.

Because Halo2A is running both versions of the game at the same time and the game simply looks better than halo 4.
H2 Anniversary was remade in mind for The Xbox One so it's more demanding, Halo 4 was a late x360 game.

Probably because it looks much better than halo 4? why is this even a post

Newbies who simply don't understand how tech works. I'm guessing the OP is new to PC gaming in general or just how game dev works. Most people know Halo 2 was the last Halo game to be "remastered".

Yeah it does, the target platform it was developed for is going to have a BIG effect on how much resources the game will take, that's why Halo 2 Anniversary campaign looks the best of all the campaigns out there.
just wish they put in the amount of effort they do for the CGI scenes into the actualy game, i mean Bungie did it with Destiny, everything they put into the game looks the same which is why i think 343 is making Halo infinite a destiny its gonna suck

Yeah, I feel you there man, I definitely don't have hope :(
On the bright side we have a working MCC on PC!
PS:CGI cutscenes were made by Blur studios, not 343i lmao
almost a working MCC, theres alot of bugs on Halo 2, some enemies are invincible and some weapons dont work like theyre suppose to especially in the later missions when you can get that brute cannon you can shoot something spot on and it wont effect them unless you shoot at the ground and later in the game elites are immune to all weapons

4GB of vram on 1080p? That's when we all realized you're full of it. My 1050 Ti only has 3GB of vram and I get 200-350fps on ALL of the Halos. lol

You only have 3gb vram so you cant see it, try getting a better GPU for once

The 1050 Ti Is a great card. I can literally play any AAA game at 60fps+ on 1080p.
I see it as akin to running a graphics mod like an ENB. Halo 2 originally was intended to run with the original graphics, they work near flawlessly. However, when you add things to it after the fact, problems will arise. It's building on foundation that was never intended to carry that extra construction on top.

There's no way in hell you're getting 300 FPS on Halo 2A/4 enhanced with a 1050ti.

I have an RX 580 8 GB, and I sit comfortable around 120.

You don't need to make up FPS numbers to make yourself feel better about your specs lmfao.
