Halo Reach client disappears after minimizing. MAJOR BUG

Frequently throughout my day of playing Reach, I may alt tab out of it to my desktop. Sometimes, the client will disappear but I can still hear all in game activity through my headset. Sometimes I'll try and open my task manager to end the task and it won't even be there but I'll still be able to hear the game.

SOMEONE HELP. THEY NEED TO FIX THIS
