PSA Halo 4. Game breaking bug. Mammoth.

So I just validated my files, took some advice of: Do not use a detached mounted weapon while on the ship, and jumped off of it later so that I was behind the mammoth when I touched the ground. All that and restarting the mission and it finally worked. I hope this helps someone :)

It happens when the ship stopped moving, not showing explosion effect which can cause weird bug.

id say post it on the waypoint forums where the devs are more likely to see, but its only full of abusive mods that will be rude and useless. plus i dont think ive ever seen the devs respond to anything on there

That is a Shame :( I miss the days of games not being broken or filled with lootboxes (ea). Im talking industry not this game (but this game has bugs).

That reminds me, I sent a bug report to the official 343 website about 30 halo 2 & 3 bugs. They told me to make a separate report for each bug and dismissed the claim. 343 smh

lol yea me and my friend is having the same problem rn even after restarting the game, its actually hilarious because we thought we'd never experience this infamous bug as it wasnt there during flight

It's also another problem on that mission in the covy ship. It's not pointing where you need to shoot and destroy a part inside. That and my god you cannot get a checkpoint without clearing the whole area first.

I shot the circle thing in the back, kinda like scarabs in other games
