you could try it out and refund if it doesnt run properly. just make sure once the games start downloading on the main menu that you exit the game and let it download so it doesnt add game hours (limit is 2 hrs for a refund)
I'm playing MCC on a 2013 laptop (acer Aspire V3-571G). You should be fine as long as you are willing to adjust your settings downwards. Also, the anniversary edition games will obviously run smoother on the old graphics than the newer.
As already mentioned, try it out, refund if it's unbearable.
CPU and RAM are fine, but no info about the graphics card. If you have Intel iGPU you can try this site: https://gameplay.intel.com/
It will detect your CPU-iGPU and you can check supports MCC or not.
