I kind of figured. I guess I was wondering if there was an easier way. Like for example, not sure how people managed to spawn NPCs in the console versions. Probably hacking the game somehow. Mods wouldn't have existed at the time.
Mods would have existed. Modding games on console is perfectly possible just takes more effort.
Nope it's easier :P. All halo files are backed into their map files. Literally just backup the original file and replace it with the modded one.
Yeah thats true. But either way, looks like modding might be the only option. Man I wish Halo had something like console commands like the ID tech engine or aforementioned Bethesda games.
