Final Run [Halo CE] no Banshee to go to final reactor?
I've attempted this part of the level 6 [yes, 6. On EASY.] times, and if I didn't die, there's still no Banshee's to ride up to the final level. There're two ghosts and 2 of those stationed ATA/ATS guns. But that's it. I've finished off all the enemies, and can still not find a single Banshee. I've reattempted the level for a 7th time, and still no Banshee besides the one that's already flying around and I can't seem to kill the pilot so it just explodes...

Am I missing something? Is there a part of the level I've not gone through yet???

Yes, I did play this WAY back in the day on Xbox when it was released. I don't remember much, but I don't remember getting softlocked out of the end game......

And wouldn't you know it; as soon as I posted this a Banshee just up and shows up.

Why does this always happen...

You have to keep going to the end of the canyon to find two Banshees guarded by two Wraiths and a bunch more enemies. More enemies will also spawn after you kill most of the first enemies, so it's best to just grab a Ghost and rush the Banshees. Then you fly all the way back up to the pylon.

Remember the beginning of Assault on the Control Room, when you first go down the elevator and enter the canyon to see part of Fireteam Zulu by a flipped Warthog, being hit by a Wraith? That's where the Banshees are.

Yeah, as I said, as soon as I posted it I found it. Problem was, besides the Ghost I was on not being able to jump the cliff [obviously], I wasn't able to scale it either on foot. I thought there was an invisible wall [especially how older games such as Halo had an abundance of invisible walls].

If you hold Space while on the Ghost, the Ghost falls far slower so you can use it to 'glide' up the cliff if you get some momentum going. You might need to get the angle right but it's a very common thing to do. Try aiming at the lowest part of the ledge, which is the left side by the tree.

If you can't get up the little ledge on foot, jump and at the height of your jump, crouch so your feet get a hold on the ledge. Jumping in Halo CE is a bit lower than in the later titles.

I don't remember the ledge at the end of Two Betrayals being difficult to jump up, but we might be talking about different areas. I hope you fix your issues.
