Regarding Halo CE Class 2 Combat Skin vs Class 12

The monitor mentions that Chief's combat skin is inadequate against the Flood and that Class 12 would be better. Is there anything in Halo lore that indicates what exactly would constitute a Class 12 Combat Skin? I assume perhaps Didact's armor but he's Forerunner and they were all (at least the Forerunner Warrior class anyway) already known for wearing armor more effective than current humanity.

Back in ye olde days of 2007, where the forerunners were still treated as ancient humanity, there was a mention in one of Halo 3’s terminals about all non-combat personnel having to wear a minimum of class 12 skins, while I believe those who would be serving in combat would have to wear at least a class 14. I probably have that second number off, but regardless, I believe that’s one of the only mentions of combat skins outside of Halo CE.

People be thinking that having to wear a mask is bad. Imagine having to wesr a full body suit due to some stupid parasite.
