How to play forge online?

Hey everybody. Sorry if this is a dumb question but this is my first roundabout with the Halo series. I'd really like to play online matches of forge but can't find any games/server browser to select this. I go to multiplayer and there is nothing to select forge. I go to custom matches but it has nothing to select for forge. I go to the create menu but it only gives me the option to create a level in forge but not play a game with others online. How to I go about playing custom forge modes online with others?

To my knowledge, there is no browser for halo custom matches. You're gonna have to get some friends or find when someone is starting a custom game and join them.The multiplayer game browser doesn't include forge game browsing. Granted, 343 could change this in the future.

If you want to host a public lobby you generally have to have a second person in it before it starts. If you are in-game and you stay in mid-air when you pause then you are in an offline match that people can't join.

A fan-made custom server browser does exist. All it does is make your peer-to-peer lobby visible to others, generally people can join you if they know your gamertag and you are joinable.
