Par score not working

I have gotten par score on both Tip of the Spear and Long Night of Solace, yet I didn't receive the achievements for them. Even in-game on the career tab it shows that my best score on LNoS was 20k when I just got 56k on my recent legendary playthrough. Are these achievement unlocks extremely volatile and prone to not catch it sometimes, or is there something I did wrong?

Login to Xbox live and check there it should be active, only on steam it doesn't show at the moment, visual bug.

Login to Xbox live and check there it should be active, only on steam it doesn't show at the moment, visual bug.

I actually didn't even receive the Xbox achievement either. Post-game screen shows a score of 56k, yet it didn't update in-game, on Xbox, or in Steam. I've heard that these achievement are very inconsistent, but this just sucks.

I assume you started the missions with comp scoring on from the mission select menu?

I didn't use comp scoring, but I used regular scoring. I was able to get the par score achievements on Winter Contingency, Sword Base, and Nightfall using the same method I used on TotS and LNoS. I actually looked at my mission history, and It's not even updating that I completed the missions on legendary difficulty either. Something must be messed up with the game not saving properly or somehow not using competitive scoring is causing issues.

Hmm perhaps.. I did these yesterday no problem. However, the two you mention obv didn't appear on Steam but are on Xbox live.

Edit: I did quit when in the new mission and started fresh from the menus again also (as in not let it just flow from one to the next).

I didn't get the achievement for TotS or LNoS on Xbox either. The game apparently isn't properly updating my mission data, since it's telling me the highest difficulty I completed them on is still heroic only. I guess I'll just have to keep trying until it finally updates properly and gives me the achievement.

Don't save and exit either apparently, let the mission finish then quit when on next.

I haven't. I start the mission, complete it all the way to the post-mission screen, and then continue onto the next mission.

Yea odd.. ;/ I did notice, I'd complete a mission (with what ever scoring mode I had chosen) and I could see score and the time. However, when the next mission started the time was missing so something odd is happening there. I just restarted, highlighting and choosing in the menu's again all options I wanted the went into mission. Not sure what's happening to you tbh.

Could try verify files just to make sure.

I'm confused as well. I've been hearing a lot of various achievement-based issues, specifically ones related to the legendary in less than 3 hours. People had to jump through all sorts of hoops to get the achievement to go through, so who knows.

EDIT: It appears that the game definitely has trouble recognizing achievement completion. I just redid TotS, got above par yet lower than the previous run, and got the achievement. I have no clue what the quota for it scanning the achievement is or whatever, but it is extremely inconsistent.
