[Reach] Bring back Female Elite option? Are they in /MCC/ Halo 3? Social mode Elites?

Hi, I recently decided to get Reach after realizing I didn't need to go over my budget on the whole collection, and one of the first things I noticed when customizing my emblems and colors and stuff was that there's no presence of playable female Elites in the game, just "Elite" and a preferred gender for your Spartans.

Obviously, this isn't a big deal, but I was also curious to know if you could still choose them in MCC's version of Halo 3 like you could in the original (I haven't played MCC or Reach before).

I also found a forum post requesting allowed use of Elites in 'Social' Matchmaking games, like in 3, so if anyone knows if that will go anywhere (or if collision differences will be adjusted when Forge releases), please let me know!

Again, nothing important, but if I could get some answers from a fellow player, that'd be much appreciated :)

Elites are a sexist Warrior class, No females are part of the Elite Military

I thought all the Elites were female already, at least that's what I've come to learn during my countless hours of 'research' on the topic.

Honestly, I just say it's up to interpretation anyway*-- it's just a weird transition losing the option /and/ being forced to be a Spartan online after so long on Halo 3.
That's kind of why these are all in one topic, because the gender option for Elites was just quirky and not much else (esp with the voices)

Though in all seriousness, I would like to see people able to play as elites during matchmaking, at least in Social. It makes things more interesting.

Besides, we gotta be able to tell who can drive a vehicle and who can't somehow, right?

Honestly, wondering that myself, but multiple Covenant and Elites are referred to as male/"he", even if the hypothetical "non-earthly reproduction" theory stands-- so losing the option between games still urks me.

Again, though, it's far from important and I'm fine with just having "Elite" as the option for these aliens. ./shrug
