Missing CONCRT 140.dll file

I try to install it from Microsoft but it says another version is on my computer. How to fix it?

You most likely want the x86 version even if you're on a x64 windows (Version of it depends on the game)

x64 works for me! Thanks! I think I got the wrong installer for visual c++ runtime before.
