Nope. I saw a guy reviewing the PC version earlier he said there is currently no way to remove it. If enough people take issue with it, they may include more detailed graphics options.

Because motion blur was a crutch used by consoles that couldn't do more than 30 fps and it looks like vasoline smeared on your screen at anything higher than that (you know, the entire point of having it on a PC).

Probably because it's not really needed anymore? We're not playing at 30fps or on a TV. At least, most of us are not playing like that.

Because it sucks if you are using more than 60 FPS, easy as that.

I also wish they had a HUD transparecy option, the way it is is really distracting to me, this collection really could use more graphic options overall.

I always thought Halo 3's motion blur looked okay. I find it's mostly confined to the edges of the screen in practice and it's relatively good looking motion blur for the time.

Still, an option to disable it would be nice.
