Halo Reach seriously needs single player XP (Add solo Firefight queues, damnit!)

I beat the campaign on Legendary difficulty and I have almost cleared out the rest of the achievements and this gets me nothing towards my armor unlocks aside from one Legendary mission per week... Matchmaking is practically dead and my internet sucks which probably doesn't help... The game is great, I could play it forever but I want my armour! Solo Firefight queues like we had on 360 were one of my favourite things about Halo Reach.

They're adding challenges alongside halo 3 which also cover campaign and other non-matchmaker modes for all the MCC games, for XP and season points

Wish I knew that before I pumped 40 hours into Halo Reach. I would have been happy to wait. I didn't even notice that I wasn't being rewarded until I eventually tried matchmaking.

You should be getting XP for completing missions on Reach-2A now.

Only once per week. I can complete most missions on Legendary difficulty within 20 minutes and then ya gotta wait a whole nother week.

Yup then gotta wait for H3 update for the challenges. On the plus side you can replay Reach with the fixed audio lol

How many points do i get for beating a campaign? I'm just looking to get my setup I had on 360 for one set of armor and I'd be pretty happy.

At the moment you get nothing. There are weekly challenges for beating one campaign mission on each difficulty, so if you do that on Legendary you will get all 4 at once and it's probably something like 40k in total which isn't much... All of the unlocks are unlocked in sequence so you'll probably have to grind it out. And matchmaking is dead as a lot of people have mentioned.

You don't get anything for completing a whole campaign. Just the first mission you do each week.

Easy: 5,000 XP.
Normal: 10,000 XP.
Heroic: 15,000 XP.
Legendary: 25,000 XP.
