Game Won't Launch

Not sure what else to do here. My drivers are up to date, I've checked the compatability of the game, restarted steam, logged out, turned off my computer, unplugged my computer, done some stuff with the files. Steam just refuses to launch this game for some reason or another.

I'll click the play button, Steam says it launches, and then it just stops. I'm at a complete loss here.

Did you right click your game in your library and clicked on properties then clicked verify games cache.

Did you install and reinstall the game?

Check to see if your anti virus isn't allowing the exe to launch. Make sure you have made the game exe as a exception if your anti virus is blocking the exe from launching. Also try restarting your pc.

Don't know if you're still having this issue but I've just had it and how I fixed it was by restarting steam in offline mode and then clicking play. Once the game loaded up I exited out restarted steam in online mode, booted up the game and bam it worked good as new!

Edit: To restart in offline mode just click "Steam" in the top left and click "Go Offline".

Thank you! I played the game for a week and suddenly it stopped loading. This fixed it! 👍
