The UNSC should stop with the Spartans and just augment Jackals. Imagine Jackal Snipers with power armor dual wielding snipers.

Just wait until Quarantine Zone... Some of the flood there had sniper rifles, and with the rocket flood too, it was a miracle completing that level.
