Yes, it would. Halo has everything that BR needs, that is picking up weapons, vehicles, long range weapons and short range weapons. For example, COD was the last game i thought would have a br mode, as it mostly had small maps, no vehicles and all that jazz, but they did a good job with it all in BO4, and even better job in the new MW. For Halo to pull it off successfully wouldn't be a problem. The only thing that is, they need to make it F2P, and add it as a free dlc for master chief collection, that everyone can download. Not only will it have a populated playerbase, but it will also bring more people to buy MCC, thus making it's online wider.

That's what i felt like. If we talk, as example, of Halo Infinite, i'd rather have them to expand on Forge so "People" could build a BR if they like too, instead of wasting ressources on a BR Mode itself. Well, if they would bring Warzone back, than i could possible see it as a extra throw in, but i really don't hope for the upcoming Halo BR will be a focus mode.
