Betcha can't stick this not triggering

I've made the stealth elites spawn on legendary. Stuck them repeatedly, not getting the achievement. Is it bugged? Am I missing something? i followed several online guides to getting it but the achievement won't trigger.

This is the current list I have of *Steam* achievements that are currently not popping.

All According to Plan... - Halo CEA (Still Broken from initial CEA release)

Decorated Warrior - Halo 2 (dont get fooled yourself that 8,9 % have unlocked it, this achievement is similair broken like "All According to Plan")

Those Halo 2 achievements you can unlock in game, but not in steam:

He's Running a Marathon... - Halo 2
Big Green Style - Halo 2
Betcha Can't Stick It... - Halo 2
And So It Begins... - Halo 2
So You Don't Want The Tank? - Halo 2
Are We There Yet? - Halo 2
Why Am I Here? - Halo 2
Guardians Are Coming - Halo 2

This has been a problem since release.
I can see why players who achieve what the OP did, and even more players who completed the game on legendary don't get achievments are angry. I would be too. Sometimes they pop up next game start, and I haven't lost any out of the 56 I have from SP only. Well, probably.

It needs fixing. Really until it's fixed we are all in the same boat.

Yeah, as far as I know it affects everyone, so that makes it a bit better I hope. Cheers.

Thank you to everyone, I thought I was going crazy. My xbox account will give me all my achievements, but Steam won't all the time. SO I am keeping track on xbox app ugg. I hope the fix comes soon.

yes, it's unlocked 4 Dec, 2019 randomly on Reach release/buy date. It's bugged at the moment.

I did the "They've always been faster" today and it didn't trigger, guess that's bugged too.

Some achievements in Reach will unlock on normal difficulty.
