How do I ACTIVATE SKULLS???
I see people playing with all the skulls already in their inventory but I don't have any. Plus when I find a Skull in a Map I get an achievement But no skills. and it doesn't even show in the pause manu. 0 skulls. Somebody help.

During mission select, there should be a skull tab, there you've got to select which ones you want to turn on.

All of the skulls are already unlocked for you in the game, grabbing the skulls now are just for achievements or fun.
