No Audio Issue
I'm having an issue were the entire MCC has no audio at all. I have checked all settings and drivers. This is the only game I am having this issue. I am using a USB headset and am unsure if that could be the issue? I've gone through all of the game settings(which aren't many) and all is set to 100. There doesn't seem to be an option to change audio output source so I assume that can't be an issue.

Is this a known issue or is it just me? Has anyone had this issue and resolved it?

After 15 years of waiting to play halo on PC again not having sound has been the most anti climactic let down ever...

known issue, some people have terribly unbalanced sound with some crackles and pops, others have none at all.

I've had a similar issue here. At times the audio sounds terribly faded and cutscenes don't have any sound whatsoever. Wish I could help, but I'm just as bewildered by it as you.

Could be a Windows issue. I had the same problem. Try going into control panel > hardware sound > devices and printers. Then find the headset right click > properties > services and then uncheck all and recheck all then hit apply ok. It worked for me.

I got it working. A heads up for others as to what might work,

- I couldn't get my razer usb headset to work in any form on either of my 2 machines. Im guessing the game just doesnt support audio out thru usb yet, or at least not with mine.
- I switched to a regular 3.5mm iphone headphone and sound started working on one but not the other machine. (it might be of note this is an intel machine running mobo audio while my other machine is an amd with soundblaster)
- For the other machine I disabled pcie sound card and enabled mobo audio, connected headphones there and it started working.

Not to say that this will work but I've had issues in the past with console ported games not liking add in sound cards so could be an issue there some people aren't aware of.

Thanks!
