What is EAC and how do I turn it off

I want to use the unlock all customizations mod on Nexus mods and I don't play multiplayer since I don't have the reflexes to keep up with what's going on on screen. In the description it says to launch the game without EAC on, what is it and how do I turn it off.

Launch via steam library, not from the deskstop and there will be a option prompt to play MCC with anti-cheat disabled.

EAC stands for Easy Anti Cheat, a.k.a. the dumbest Anti Cheat in existance (it fills Timmy's pockets and has allergies to Linux)

VAC is definitely worse than EAC, mate. I figured you'd know that firsthand lol.
