Add bots to Halo CE custom game?

Is there a way to add bots to a custom mp game on Halo CE?

You can't just up and add npcs into this game, all maps have different files. It's not like Gmod (garry's mod) where you can spawn anything you want. I'd be awesome if it was but, no.

I would like bots for all the Halo titles for custom games and firefight. This will come in handy once the online population dies off.
