Career Achievements do not unlock

I completed the campaigns for both Halo: Reach and Halo: CE but have 0 unlocked achievements. Is that possible? The first achievement for both is "Just Getting Started" which unlocks after killing 100 enemies. I definitely killed 100+ enemies... I don't even think it's possible to play through the game without killing at least 100 enemies.

Maybe I just don't understand how achievements work? Do I have to buy some kind of season pass to unlock them? I really hope I don't. My masculinity depends on showing my friends, family, and co-workers how many achievements I can unlock in Halo.

They disable if you launch with mods.

Are you launching the game with easy anti-cheat disabled? If so, that disables achievements.

No, I guess it's not because of it. I have same problem and I tried both of launch modes and it's still doesn't work. I even tried to install xbox app from microsoft store and connect my steam accout, and than launch the game, while xbox app were active and... nothing, still doesn't work)

Nope. The anti-cheat software loads when I launch the game.
