I was wanting to ask, what would you like to see as mods for this game.

Like Custom game modes, new skulls, new enemies and different playble species

The community director also said they'll be working with the actual El Dewrito team to deliver mod support later down the line, so this might be a real thing some day.

I'd like to see texture swapping in forge, at least in reach on prefabs or whatever.

Why were engine modifications needed because the engine is old very old and support only Shader 1.4 Model and these Mods need at least Shader Model 2.0.

The Tools that were released that time were very powerful and you had very wide freedom to create content.

I like to have the same freedom here, too.

Maybe you mistype something? All Halo Games on the XBOX 360 were modable you just needed the JTAG Modchip to mod the Halo Games. With the JTAG Xbox 360 you could do huge Ai battle, Forge in campaign, custom models, custom campaign and other stuff, already
Bigass is bland, it replaced hugeass and coldsnap as babby's first custom map. AI battles arent that great and forge is again piss poor compared to sapien.

Youd need to recompile the map to do so, doubt the elephant is in the globals

Full editor support to make custom campaign/co-op missions and custom tags like Halo Custom Edition. Stuff like Lumoria (& SPV3) is why I still play Halo CE.

I remember JTAG mods for the 360. I've also been playing Custom Edition in anticipation and there's all kinds of crazy mods. A bunch of firefight maps, one that lets you play the campaign as a grunt that just came out, one flood survival map that had guns from Call of Duty with ADS.
I'd love AI in forge, new weapons, skins, import your own emblems, new firefight maps, playing as different covenant... Even if we don't end up with official support it's gonna be good. :pleased:

Really no one is gonna mention more vehicles for halo2 3 and reach? I want more unique weapons, and vehicles that are decently balanced, some can be op as long as it's not for serious play just for lols.
