It is however a good indication of peasantness. Referring to people whom own consoles as peasants when you clearly don't have 2 dollars to rub together is just farcical.
If you don't like to be judged based on your game count, don't judge others based on the gaming preferences.
I was mostly responding to what MancSoulja said: "Most people who can afford more than 25 games in 7 years own a PC and a console, maybe multiple." That statement is wrong as it doesn´t really determine if someone has a console or a PC (by judging their Steam stats profile, for example).
Respect to troll´s trash, It is pretty obvious for me to think that they must be resentful console users (they may also have PC, but not as their main platform) since real PC gamers would never post those kind of crap, specially when we are talking about a long awaited port like the Master Chief Collection.
Exactly, someone can have low number of games in their steam library, doesn't mean they don't own a console! Obvious stuff really!
What you said is correct!
The fact they accuse the posters of being "console peasants" when they have no proof who these people are.
Trolls do this, that's how they behave, they make people believe something that simply is not true.
People need to stop argueing based on preferences, I am currently playing through the series in order. More than likely get it for PC too, play with controller and don't care.
=D
You have what u want let us have what we want
If they didn't allow mouse and keyboard users would emulate hardware.
If they had aim assist for only controller people would emulate hardware.
Honestly I'm not competitive but I look forward to playing keyboard mouse and even controller aim assist is that big of a deal that I think we need it.
What you want naturally prevents us from getting what we want. We just want to play Halo on PC as normal. You want to force PC players to play with a controller which makes no sense.
When PC games go to console they don't force you to plug a keyboard and mouse into the console.
The controller may have auto aim, but auto aim does not automatically do mainly head shots. You can tell the skill of a mouse/keyboarder by the head shot count. In games I play that track head shots, my head shot kills are over 60%.
Game pad users are at a total disadvantage to a skilled "Mouser". They claim you are cheating because you take them out with 1 shot, when they always have to hit each target 3-5 times. They don't realize a accurate head shot does 3-5 times the damage as an auto aim shot, at least in most games.
I have only played Halo 1 + 2 from way back that did not track head shot numbers, so you will have to tell me if these newer Halo games track head shot kill count. If so, I will rate at the top soon after I buy it.
I am going to wait to buy this game until they have more than just one game in the "set".
Agreed!
