Split-Screen
Please add this, Microsoft. Please don't treat PC gaming like second class citizens. This is finally the platform that can run split-screen properly.

EDIT: PC Gaming community shouldn't have to come through, but it do!

Halo was known for splitscreen.

Why? It'll have LAN support, just play on your own dedicated machine... Multiple mouse/keyboard support doesn't work well at the best of times.

seconded. I have a great HTPC and 6 xbox controllers I play local games all the time on when friends are over or with my family. Its great for stuff like overcooked and gang beasts, but there is definitely a lack of quality FPS splitscreen games on pc. Halo would be perfect to do a co-op campaign on.

One Xbox One controller adapter supports up to eight controllers.

PC games especially of console ports aren't particularly well known for including the couch co-op split screen stuff the console games had, like Call of Duty etc not including it. I hope that isn't the case for this bundle though, for sure.

It sounds pathetic, considering all my childhood friends now have gaming PC's and stuff, but it'd be pretty cool to get back together and play some four player splitscreen, just like old times. Snacks, drinks, no school tomorrow, time to do an all-nighter that turns into a long weekend of no sleep fuelled only by sugar and autism.

I wonder if it'll also include the option to go online with a (1) (2) and (3) version of yourself as well. I remember being thrilled to see anyone with a (1) by their name in any online game, because it typically meant they were handicapped and easier prey...unless it was on your own team, then you just knew you were gonna lose the game lol.

Always seemed like that one (1) guy would go like 0 kills 15 deaths etc.

I hope they include split screen and cross play as well. Call of Duty Black ops 3 has split screen on PC.

Halo needs splitscreen
since I have RL friends that aren't PC gamers, let alone not having steam accounts, I would like to see Splitscreen included in all their halo games in the MCC so that we can play together.

While it won't be a deal breaker if not included, it be nice to have so I can play with people I know without dealing with internet connection issues and other things.

+1 for splitscreen multi and co-op both.

No split screen, no deal.

1 - Because it's a good feature, and we should get as many features as they can make.
2 - Because this feature is already in the game, there's no reason to take it out.
3 - Because PC is the one platform that CAN run this split-screen without FPS hits.
4 - Because PC can have multiple controllers on it.
5 - Because you can plug a PC to a TV and enjoy the game with friends. Or play it in front of your monitor, regardless.

There is NO reason for them to remove split-screen from this collection.

Since they are porting the console version there may be chance but...

Keep in mind that back in the day split-screen was also a "must" but was droped from the PC release.

Im not holding out much hope for it.
