I remember a glitch on Halo 3 where you could clone Sergeant Johnson by "killing" him before a certain cutscene, and he'd still exist in the game world after the next section, where the flood would have spawned in, typically he's never within attack distance of any flood forms etc.

He got grabbed by an infection form and promptly turned into a combat form, but as he was turning he said "Ain't I immune to this?"

No where near the most hammy quote but definitely a memorable one. Bungie planned ahead despite the fact it should never ever happen in game, that's some next level stuff right there. Like the expanded game lore established he was immune to being turned into the flood in general, but he was also an invincible character in game who wasn't supposed to be able to die (only get KO'd temporarily) so getting infected by the flood and him having dialogue for it was a fantastic touch, lol.
