Report a translation problem
Seems so from what I've read elsewhere. This needs some serious patching. My CPU can handle this just fine. It's an old i7 3820, sure, but there's no reason it can't.
Some older games or engines perform poorly the newer the GPUs, the prime example being AC black flag, it is unplayable on the gtx 1000 series and above. I think they forgot to optimize it properly.
I'll try updating my GPU driver anyway and see where that goes.
Black flag is the only one that suffers from it. It's a well known issue, my friend with a 1080 was stuttering like hell on it.
AC3 is unplayable on any AMD GPU. Older API's have weird coding and it really depends on how the devs handle it, i'm pretty sure this game is dx11, which are generally notorious for weird issues on different configurations it's almost like a gamble and hard to narrow down.
