Played through Reach, Halo CE, now Halo 2 and when there's ♥♥♥♥ happening (which is almost always) I simply cannot hear what they're saying. And the subtitles are 90% of the times not there either.
Why is there no separate voice volume slider? If I turn down regular sounds, then it also quietens the voices further.
That would just mean that the bug is ancient, not that it wasn't one.
I'm pretty sure the bad audio mix is intentional. You could probably ask O'Donnell himself and he'd say the same thing.
Why would you intentionally make the audio not behave like it should behave? Stop making excuses.
