Playing with friends on same network not working.
Why is it that me and two other friends can't pkay together just because we're on the same network? We've tried switching the network settings from "Xbox Live" to "LAN" but only me and ONE other friend can actually play that way.

If we wanted to play two people on the same network plus one person elsewhere, it wouldn't work at all. I find this incredibly stupid. I can only play with multiple friends at the same time if we are all at home on our own network. It ♥♥♥♥ing blows! Am I just stupid or is it actually impossible to do this?

(We are all using ethernet cables, but I believe it might work if we use Wi-Fi, but we don't all have the ability to actually use Wi-Fi)

Switching your game to LAN mode means that you are only using your local area network to play the game. Your friend that is "elsewhere" is not using your LAN therefore you can't see him when you switch your game to lan mode (which is the intended behaviour of LAN in pretty much all games) I would suggest that you both that are on the same network use the "Xbox Live" network setting to play with your friend who is not using your internal network at your house. Otherwise you can look at using a VPN like Zerotier or hamachi to simulate being on the same LAN (and then using LAN mode)
