CANT PICK UP WEAPONS!!!!!!!

anyone got the same problem? my friend can pick any weapon he wanted but i cant. the "e" button just didnt work when you try to pick up weapon.but it work when you want to get on a car or anything else other than picking up weapons.
Anyone knows how to fix the bug ?

Well, my laptop is version 1903 (but isn't good for gaming), so I'm guessing my desktop PC is likely the same. I don't know why it said I was up to date with nothing available if I'm not up to date.

Thanks a lot for the help. Got it working. I had a corrupt file that was preventing Windows Update from working. I did a system restore, then windows update started working normally again and was able to get the 1909 update and can play again.

I just got this issue today. Or rather, this issue is a side effect. Basically, I can't press any "toggle" button without it behaving as if that button is being pressed rapidly.

For example, aiming down sights just rapidly switches between the scoped view and standard view, attempting to switch weapons either does nothing or the crosshair rapidly switches between the two, before I can even see the gun models at all. I am guessing this is also why holding "E" to pick up weapons doesn't work.

SOLUTION - INSTALL Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 AND RESET THE PC (it is advisable to have all versions up to 4.8 installed)
