God, Morrowind was the worst. I don't need handholding, but that game was a nightmare. LOL! Go find some random guy in a cave somewhere, no marker, just the city name a vague idea.
As for finding your way: whenever you are in a Forerunner structure on Halo CE, look at the floor for a white triangle, those point toward one of the places that you have to visit. Those same triangles can also be helpful on your way out.
