Halo CE: Plasma Grenades not Sticking to Elites?

So I can say with confidence I have planted a sticky on the chest of the same elites about 6 times now, only for them to pop around the corner plasma free and kill me. What the hell? Is this some Legendary Difficulty witch-craft ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥?

Yeah they seem to be bouncing off or phasing through enemies at times. I swear sometimes projectiles just don't register hits on enemies too. Lots of weird ♥♥♥♥ with this version of the game.

I'm also having a swell time with the plasma pistol, you try and rapid fire only for the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ charge shot sound to que up and stay on until you actually charge it to get rid of it.

Makes me want to dig my Xbox version out of storage for a palette cleanser. I kinda regret my purchase of this collection so far, it's a damn mess.

They do. It's just harder to hit them.

I get the harder to hit them part but we're talking point blank, up close in my face throwing a plasma and hiding around the corner 5 feet away.

you arealso playing a 19 year old game the only difference being its on pc and has some new ♥♥♥♥♥♥ graphics

It was on PC from the get-go that much isn't new, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ new graphics sure. The age of the game is irrelevant when there's a problem that wasn't there 19 years ago.
