Is it possible to recover my old Halo 3 Bungie stats?

My old xbox live account (master4263) no longer exists as it havent logged in for years.. My stats are not avaliable on the bungi stats website either :(

Xbox shouldn't delete inactive accounts, try relogging into it.

Plus all stats were moved to 343i after bungie departed.

You can still try to recover it without password nor email access. Microsoft allows you to recover Microsoft account if you know its email adress (you don't need to access it though) and than follow recovery procedure that requires you to give some general information about your account ex. past passwords, personal data about its owner, place of where you used to play with your account, your gamertag, your xbox serial number, credit card info, safety question etc, Give it a go, I tried recovering mine a week ago after not accessing it since 2014 and they reseted my password after like 15 minutes after I applied.

MCC is not connected to the xbox versions stats and unlocks its a new game where you have to start over so even if you use your xbox account you will not get your old levels and unlocks.
