Pro tip: mute them and grow up.
Sticks and stones may break my bones but words can never hurt me. I remember being taught that rhyme as a child and it's still true as an adult. Players should never be punished in any form for what they say, to do so would be supremely immature and pointless when you can just mute them.

Seriously, imagine getting triggered because of other people's opinions about a video game. If only these people could see how embarrassing they are.
