Armor lock is amazing if you're teaming up in tight quarters. Start a fight, activate the cockblock and let your unscathed friends finish what you started. Maybe even return the help as soon as the attentions off you.
Other than that I find the mobility of the jetpack difficult to part with. When everybody is aiming so well the awesome utility of being able to immediately reach nearby vantage points or take exclusive (and often less exposed) entrance/exit routes just seems too useful to pass up. And certain hill objectives are hopeless to reach without it.
Bubble shield is in Invasion for one (Medic class if I'm not mistaken). Not sure about others.
With any game that has sprint I feel the need for speed lmao, Ill probably experiment with hologram. I dont like abilities like Armor lock cause you can stop firefights and cloak cause it causes you to stand still more. Once Halo 2A and 3 come out Ill probably play those more and wont be tempted by sprint.
I think thats correct, Evade also seems to be only for Invasion (and infected.)
For myself it depends on the game and map. Jetpacks are great for maps with a lot of levels, armor lock is fun for countering grenade spam in tight quarters and vehicles, and sprint it good for oddball and king of the hill where getting around quickly really counts. I also played around with holograms for one king the hill match, and it warrants further testing.
