Again you should still see what others have to say. I haven't had issue with playing online at all. I am by no means good at mutliplayer but it's nowhere near as bad as some people make it out to be.
343 also stated that they are thinking of opt-in feature to probably segregate playerbase by input they use.
How am I not honest? I've been playing this game so far and this is what I've encountered. Point out one lie.
People love throwing unwarranted insults at other people and pretend they lie. Kinda wish it wasn't a problem but that's how forums been since day 1.
Also if you do find aim assist for controllers that bad, remember that you can always refund the game. Please though, keep in mind that any changes 343 will make in future to this game, it will be first beta tested and consulted with community.
You can participate and let them know what you think. Help game get better.
Welcome to give and take.
"No! The Aim Assist barely does anything. It's properly balanced. My skill is the only reason I am able to beat out these kb/m no-lifers."
Answer by people using kb/m:
"I'm largely only killed because of people using AimBot-AimAssist. It's WAY over-tweaked and needs to be toned down to even be remotely fair."
Good luck getting a remotely unbiased response.
Remember that people who go to forums to complain about 'pls aim assist ruins my day' are vocal minority, and it doesn't represent any issue. Mostly just people who can't use mouse properly and can't take it as their own fault.
