Change my facts.
But to be serious, if theres one thing that really irks me about halo, its the identity crisis it has in regards to weapons. Every installment is vastly different.
I too, much prefer the Battle Rifle.
When Halo 4 came around, which has both, i never really used the DMR.
I kinda hate that reach doesnt have the Carbine Rifle either.
Does anybody really want that replaced with a needler rifle?
i mean, Yes. but whats ODST's excuse?
Isn't any PVP Multiplayer there
Oh it doesnt have PVP multiplayer, which makes me ask why guns were removed, since balancing (in the sense of available weapons) isnt really... Essential.
But its PVE Firefight is probably the best iteration of that mode we've had.
Its a shame if you never played that.
You're not wrong. But its just never stopped any other title Lol.
BR dominated Halo 3. DMR dominates Reach.
But maybe they were really trying to force that SMG on you, because "ODST immersion"
In my opinion, the MA5B is the iconic gun of Halo since it's been around since the first game to the last. But the BR definitely is the more popular gun to use
