Where can you view your KD?

In an actual game you can't view your deaths, it's always only been kills/points scored.

At the end of every match there is a wide overview screen of the match that gives you your kills and deaths, look at that.

Additionally there's the career tab which displays your stats and so on.

uhm, for my part, idk what u are seeing there but most of the time i have even numbers sometimes numbers with a .5, and it shows there

It's also buggy, it doesn't correctly track stat information. You can by the way see it in game, total deaths, it's just hidden behind the messy UI. For me at least it seems to count both my kills and deaths together, ie if i kill someone or die in MP it counts as both a kill and a death, I only did one social match so far and it was in swat, did fairly well with 19 kills and about 7 deaths yet when i checked my stat profile it said i had 26 kills and 26 deaths in game. Same in private games where iv'e spent most of my time with friends, it always shows an exact 1:1 kd ratio, both kills and deaths going up at the same time when you kill or die. So honestly, the stat tracking is pretty useless in the game currently.

Personally though i would've probably applauded them if they actually did remove kdr tracking, it doesn't really ever do much good, just gets people very obssessed with it to an unhealthy degree, especially bad if doing anything objective based.

It's an FPS though, it is an relevant stat, like actions per minute in an RTS for example. Naturally though, trust 343 to ♥♥♥♥ it up.

You have to click your name in the lobby screen and go to multiplayer > Matchmaking
then it will show you're total kills and deaths but they seem to be buggy and don't really display the proper values

Took me so long to find it. Was almost annoyed it wasn't in the stats until I found it in the profile section.
