Controller Questions
I have limited mobility in both of my hands. I can't use a keyboard and mouse for gaming, so please don't bring that means of control into this discussion.

What controller are you guys using? Wired or wireless? Headphone jack? Any pro-tips? Settings, etc. Can you remap buttons/triggers?

Basically any Xbox controller works... except the OG Xbox One controller (Gloss plastic on (X) button), That controller is straight poo-poo.

If you have access to a Steam Controller, I would highly recommend it not only for MCC, but any game in general. It's my personal favorite controller of any other out there.

There are many advantages to using a Steam Controller such as Valve's awesome and in-depth controller configuration (you can even import community-made controller configurations to use for yourself if you don't feel like making one from scratch), the trackpads alone are really awesome and may benefit those with hand disabilities, it comes standard with paddle buttons on the handles, it has one of the longest battery life that I've seen in any controller, you can play games meant for mouse and keyboard solely with the Steam Controller and perform just as well as you would normally, and many more reasons. I use it wireless, which has no noticeable latency (at least from my experience) but wired works just fine as well.

Overall, I can't recommend the Steam Controller enough. It's such a blast to use and is easily one of the most unique and versatile controllers. Either way, I hope you're able to play with whatever you feel comfortable with.

Before I buy the collection, can you confirm that it supports mouse and xinput at the same time? Because I love my steam controller, it's the best controller i ever had and i love playing fps games with it. But some games force you to use either m+k or controller input. I that case you can't use the right pad as mouse and the rest as xinput. Then it's either 1. SC is fully xinput -> bad aiming or 2. SC is K+M -> bad movement.
there is a "pulse" setting you can use which depends on how far you push the stick to emulate an analogue input for what would normally be a keyboard button/digital input, some games really hate you using it though.

If you mean this analog stick emulation thing, i tried it but for me it feels really weird. So i would just go with complete K+M configuration on my steam controller. I can live with wasd settings on the stick for walking. Because mouse controls on the right pad with gyro fine aiming is more than perfect
