How to get Legendary flame effect on armor
I got the Legendary Edition back when Halo: Reach released on Xbox 360, and the Legendary Armor Effect was part of the Legendary Edition package. How do I get it now on Steam though?

I'll gladly earn it through gameplay if I have to because I love the effect. I'd just like to know if there's a specific thing I need to do.

play mp alot and youll eventually get it but you might not like how much you have to

Nothing transfers from the 360 version.
