Game won't launch on Windows 10
System error MCC-Win64-Shipping.exe

Code Execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll, CONCRT140.dll, and MSVCP140.dll could not be found. Tried reinstalling the game but it didn't work.

I have the exact same issue. I also installed latest Windows updates and latest drivers.

Hey guys, I had the same problem. Go to this link, then download the 64 bit program under the 1st solution section. Fixed mine instantly.

Thanks Blue4n, that worked. I did however download the Visual C++ library directly from Microsoft for security reasons. Here is the link I used: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
