A Walk button for Halo MCC?
Could we have a Walking button for the game. For the people using Mouse and keyboard would like to control their speed without a controller.

Like in Gmod or CSS. A walking speed that could keep you off the the radar or less noise.

I know that crouching can do the same but would like a move slower button too.

Crouching is also an option that caps your speed at below the minimum for motion tracker, but is also slower than it needs to be for this and can prevent line of sight that you might need for a play.

There's definitely a case to be made for a keybind that would let the player hold alt or something (example button) to walk just below the Motion Tracker speed threshold. I saw it mentioned a few times when they were asking for user questions, and it's something that will probably be mentioned in flighting feedback.

Making less noise or noticability on rader would have changed the entire game. Doubt they will do that just for a re-release.

That's how the radar has always worked, they're just asking for a speed that'll put you at that point, instead of needing a controller to slow you down.

I walk when I'm trying to dunk on my friends and win a custom game just by assassinations or something.

Or they could implement the system Star Citizen has, where the scroll wheel adjusts the walking speed of the player. If they already intended on binding weapon swap or something to the wheel they could also just as easily make it an Alt + or Ctrl + modifier :praisesun:

This system originated in Splinter Cell where walking speed actually mattered. In Halo it doesn't, just add walking when pressing shift like in every single shooter.
