Crouching is also an option that caps your speed at below the minimum for motion tracker, but is also slower than it needs to be for this and can prevent line of sight that you might need for a play.
There's definitely a case to be made for a keybind that would let the player hold alt or something (example button) to walk just below the Motion Tracker speed threshold. I saw it mentioned a few times when they were asking for user questions, and it's something that will probably be mentioned in flighting feedback.
