Relatar um problema com a tradução
The discussions have been ranging from people worried about gold (disprove quickly and hardly asked anymore), people reconfirming that gold isn't required for multiplayer, people worried about DRM, people who can't take anything bad said about Halo (I don't know for sure but probably some people fall into this category) and people who just don't care, I personally am in the group worried about DRM. While they have confirmed no extra launchers, I'm still a little worried about extra DRM in the exe.
Imagine paying money for a glorified rental that's tied to a server that forces you to ask permission to play what you've already paid for.
Without physical backups or a storage device that will never die, you've just described the concept of digital purchases as a whole.

Look, I get we all want to avoid Denuvo and problems that caused, but what we're getting with the MCC is more than likely just another case of Uplay.
It's totally free, and implementing the same Xbox account here and in the Windows 10 Store makes it so everybody plays on the same dedicated servers owned by Microsoft, and that way there is no population split at all no matter the store you buy it at.
The account is free and you won't have to pay a dime to play online.
Alright then that its not a problem. It's actually a pro if we can get to play with the console users as well.
yes , no need to have gold , but like i said before , its slightly annoying that you cant just switch names around , like , right after writing this , ill change my name from rikka takanashi to Mikasa Ackerman , simply bc i liked that character in aot , its a bit dumb that in halo i will only have the name "zozCirnozoz which was an old tag used by my cousin on 360 , i wish i could just change my name on xbox for free as well , but oh well , if anyone asks i can always tell them "not going to spend money on that"
Microsoft isn't the first one to have such requirement. Ubisoft, EA, Rockstar, Bethesda and many other publishers force you to make an account on their website/portal so that you can have access to multiplayer and other online features, functionalities, rewards and programs. Some even require you have install their own launcher as an extra layer of DRM.
Welp, not buying this now.
