The MCC is 40 dollars.
When you purchase Reach for 10 bucks, you get base MCC, without other games as other games are treated as DLC.
The MCC was supposed to be free, and act as a hub, and you would buy the games as DLC.
They need to make MCC itself free.
That's not the point.
MCC was supposed to be a free program, from which you would buy the games individually. It would remedy the "requires base game in order to play." And fix all confusion.
