Adding solo Legendary achievements to HCE, H2, H3, & ODST

If the powers that be at 343i read these forums, while rolling out the MCC on PC, please add achievements to Halo CE, Halo 2, Halo 3, and Halo ODST for completing their campaigns on Legendary while playing solo. This type of achievement exists in Halo: Reach ("A Monument to All Your Sins"), Halo 4 ("Lone Wolf Legend"), and Halo 5 ("Lone Wolf"). Halo 4 also has a solo Legendary achievement for Spartan Ops ("Smooth Operator").

This type of achievement probably should have previously been included with CE,2,3, and ODST anyways because video game achievements are intended to note actual "achievements" that a person accomplishes in a game. In Halo games, it is generally more difficult to complete the campaigns solo than while playing in co-op, and therefore completing the campaigns in Legendary while playing solo is noticeably distinct as a achievement, so much so that it should not be grouped together with an achievement that can also be obtained while playing the games cooperatively. Completing a Halo campaign in Legendary while playing solo is an accomplishment that merits a separate and distinct achievement, and should exist in all of the games.

Also, these games will be easier on PC due to mouse-and-keyboard controls, so adding this type of achievements to the earlier games will add an extra achievement of difficulty to an already easier game.

good luck on H2 on legendary if their were a achievements of it.

I agree, did h1-3 solo legendary. The only problem areas are from the tiny flood snots that jump you and kill you in 1 boop.

They probably will to be honest. They'll probably be throwing the MCC achievements onto PC and call it a day.

With that said, the only thing I do not want is (S)LASO tied to anything.
I did it for Halo 3 way back in the day, that is not something I care to repeat.

There's definitely an achievement for LASO completion in the Xbox One version of the MCC already. idk if it's per-game or one achievement for doing all of them.

It does for beating them all and is called the "Legend" Achievement and rewards 50 gamerscore and an armor in Halo 5 called Helioskrill http://i.imgur.com/NANeHzF.jpg

it will probably be 1:1 of the Xbone's achievements. I had to setup and use a 360 controller on the xbox app on PC and sync with the console to get the 4 player local achievement since I only had 3 xbone controllers.

Anyone can beat halo 2 on legendary. The question is how many deaths will it take you? Forget about laso solo though.
