Has anyone got the fast travel SE mod working?

Mine says, "You can not fast travel while taking health damage" and my health is full.

You have the ingrown toenail effect happening. Its a lesser known stat in the game where you can actually get ingrown toe nails and you take such a small amount of damage constantly you can't fast travel you also don't notice you are taking damage. I just read about this today but I don't know how to fix it.

I strongly advise against using any fast travel mod in Enderal.
There is a very good chance you will permanently bug out your main quest.
The game explicitly has no fast travel for reasons.

I thought this specific bug was tied to the stat that governs the length of your hair? AFAIK if your hair was too long then it would simply cause too much strain on your neck, slowly killing you thus making fast travel impossible.

Not necessarily true if you use a proper mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/enderalspecialedition/mods/16
It checks if at the moment you're even allowed to fast travel (for example using tp scrolls) - if not, the whole feature is disabled.
As for the OP - use tgm command in console before fast travel so you'll be immortal and not taking any damage. Use it again after to disable immortaility.

In Enderal discovering locations gives you experience points. When using a fast travel mod, do not use the console to enable all locations for fast travel. If you want to see all locations on the map, use:

tmm 1,0,0

This way all locations are on the map, but without being discovered and without fast travel. Any other console command will prevent you from earning experience points on discovering locations.

Actually, "TGM" cheat didn't work for me, oh well.

the game has a fast travel system. its just more immersive than pressing a button on a map like morrwind had it.

Alright, I'm using the in-game fast travel until it is fixed. Btw, some other mods I have been using don't work either, be careful.

You're using EGO aren't you? Update it then, this issue has been fixed few days ago.
- Fixed an issue where the game thought the player looses health all the time (fixes sleeping/fast travel etc.)
